A DoorDash supply driver was shot and killed in an early morning armed theft at a Denny’s … and a manhunt is on for the suspects.
The two males entered the restaurant in Manassas, Virginia round 2:20 AM the day after Christmas whereas brandishing weapons and had been reportedly robbing the place when Yusuf Ozgur, a DoorDash worker, arrived to choose up an order.
Ozgur was tragically killed when he encountered the suspects as they had been operating out … in line with police.
Surveillance footage reveals the boys operating into the Denny’s with darkish garments, masks and gloves on earlier than holding the place up. Prince William County police describe them as of their late teenagers to early 20s.
There have been reportedly over 20 prospects and workers within the restaurant on the time of the theft.
The FBI and native police are providing a $10,000 reward for any info resulting in an arrest and conviction in Ozgur’s killing.
The supply driver was a husband and father of two. His household tells WJLA he was a handyman working for DoorDash to earn more money for the household.
